1. General

By placing your order you accept the following General Terms and Conditions of SC Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu Srl ( called shop.ralucamihalceanu.com).

All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Return policy

Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu accepts returns within 10 working days. You have the first 5 working days to send us an e-mail to with the message "I return [name and product code]" and 5 more working days to return the package. This means that the product should be returned to our warehouse within maximum 10 working days since you received the product. Please take into consideration that the freight can take up to 5 working days, except when sent via express delivery.

Before ordering any product, please carefully check the product on site. You will find all necessary information on the product description page. If you need further information, please contact us at office@ralucamihalceanu.com.

Also, on the same product page, you may zoom the product to be able to study in detail both the material composition and its details.

We recommend you to use the same delivery service for easy return. However, if you want to use a different courier service to return the products, you can choose any other service.

Return charges will be in customer's responsability.

Send the parcel with the product and the invoice or copy of the invoice from the initially received parcel to Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu Srl address.

The shipping cost for returning the product will be paid by the customer.

Warning! We do not accept packages with return payment.

Pursuant to the general common laws, on transfer of proprietary over property, applied in Romania, the product is your entire responsibility until it gets back to us.

We recommend before removing the label to carefully check if it is the product you ordered, if it was damaged during transport or during packaging and if it is the right size.

We will not accept the return of any worn products, with removed label, or destroyed package.

Under the conditions set forth under Article 4 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Government Ordinance 130/2000, when purchasing products from shop.ralucamihalceanu.com, the buyer is entitled to return/have his product replaced only once.

Please take into consideration that the products must be returned in their original packaging.

Recurrent cancellation of orders may be considered an abuse.

If we sent you a different product from the ordered one, you can return it at no additional cost. We will bear all transportation costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package.

These return policies do not affect in any way your rights set forth by the applicable law.

3. Placing the order

By placing an order on our website, you give us permission to use your data (including the information added) in order to deliver the products, the services and the information required. This also involves the agreement towards third parties who are involved in the above-described activity. We understand that with the acceptance of the Terms and conditions and we have your consent to use the information provided by you in order to exclude any possible fraud. This information could be recorded by the authorized bodies. If you are under 18, please announce your tutor on this action.

4. Price Policy

Payment shall be made on delivery or online when you place your order.

All prices are include VAT.

Prices are set when products are displayed on site and include VAT and may change when discount policy applies or the euro-lei exchange rate changes significantly. All prices are expressed in RON.

5. Governing Law

The contract between Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu Srl and the Purchaser shall be governed by the Romanian law and shall be construed pursuant to the regulations thereof. Any disagreements shall be settled amicably. If disagreements may not be solved amicably, they shall be subject to the Court of International Commercial Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, according to the regulation thereof.
