How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The shipping takes between 2 to 5 days in Europe, and up to 12 days in the rest of the World, depending on the country.

OUR POLICY FOR RETURNS
Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu accepts returns within 14 days. To exercise the right to return the product please notify us within a maximum 2 working days after you recived the product by sending us an e-mail to return@ralucamihalceanu.com with the message "I return [name and product code]".
Be aware that the product should be returned to our warehouse within maximum 14 working days since you received the product

Before ordering any product, please carefully check the product on site. You will find all necessary information on the product description page.
If you need further information, please contact us at office@ralucamihalceanu.com.
Also, on the same product page, you may zoom the product to be able to study in detail both the material composition and its details.
Customer must use the delivery form included in the package and the same delivery service (TNT for international customers or FANCOURIER for romania customers ) to return the product.
Return charges will be in customer's responsability.
Send the parcel with the product and the invoice or copy of the invoice from the initially received parcel to Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu Srl address:
The address for the return shipment is: 50 Libertatii Street, Oradea, Zip code: 410042, Romania.
We will not accept the return of any worn products, with removed label, or destroyed package.
Please take into consideration that the products must be returned in their original packaging.
Pursuant to the general common laws, on transfer of proprietary over property, applied in Romania, the product is your entire responsibility until it gets back to us.
We recommend before removing the label to carefully check if it is the product you ordered, if it was damaged during transport or during packaging and if it is the right size.
Under the conditions set forth under Article 4 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Government Ordinance 130/2000, when purchasing products from shop.ralucamihalceanu.com, the buyer is entitled to return/have his product replaced only once.
If we sent you a different product from the ordered one, you can return it at no additional cost. We will bear all transportation costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package.
These return policies do not affect in any way your rights set forth by the applicable law.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND ONCE I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM?
We will process the return as soon as possible, but it can take up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in the warehouse for your account to be refunded.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
